Brought my coat here for dry cleaning and had a very disappointing experience. When I picked it up, the leather collar was stiff, puckered, wrinkled, and had darkened along the edges. I pointed this out to the employee, who told me that happens when leather gets old. However, this coat was new and did not look like this when I dropped it off. While inspecting the coat further, I also noticed that one of the buttons was broken. When I mentioned it, I was told that I should contact the coat manufacturer to have it fixed. At no point was any solution offered or attempt made to address the damage. The response was dismissive and the customer service was very disappointing. I understand that issues can sometimes happen during cleaning, but I would have appreciated acknowledgment of the problem and an effort to resolve it. read more
