Brought my coat here for dry cleaning and had a very disappointing experience. When I picked it up, the leather collar was stiff, puckered, wrinkled, and had darkened along the edges. I pointed this out to the employee, who told me that happens when leather gets old. However, this coat was new and did not look like this when I dropped it off. While inspecting the coat further, I also noticed that one of the buttons was broken. When I mentioned it, I was told that I should contact the coat manufacturer to have it fixed. At no point was any solution offered or attempt made to address the damage. The response was dismissive and the customer service was very disappointing. I understand that issues can sometimes happen during cleaning, but I would have appreciated acknowledgment of the problem and an effort to resolve it. read more

I have a good relationship with the owner. If there ever is a problem, all you have to do is ask for it to be taken care of. I know services have been getting more expensive, however, I feel like I can trust my most expensive clothes to be taken care of. From suit jackets to trousers and other small alterations, I've never had anything fail or become unserviceable after they have done it. It is truly important to find someone you trust, and I trust, lone tree cleaners. read more

Very rude old man... poor poor poor customer service he got upset cause I told him I came by yesterday and no one was there that why I decided to call before I came back. He then ask, why I come back, me puzzled, but answered. I'm new to the area this is the closest cleaner he then replies will go somewhere else.... OK! I'll spend my money with another cleaner. Went to BRENTWOOD CLEANER in Brentwood. Way better service and they didn't mind taking my money. Hopefully this help someone. rip off! took two dresses for alternations. one for cover the cleavage a little and one to sew up the slit. $70 freaking dollars! too dam expensive with $70 i could've bought a new dress! i went in and asked how much it would be and was told "the person isn't in so we don't know much" . i was thinking maybe like 30 bucks since it's two small little things but noo it was freaking expensive! such a dam rip off! do not alter anything with this place there's a lot of cheaper alternations . i'm so mad got ripped off read more

I had a coat with a mud stain that I asked them to remove, which they said they could do. When I came back for pick up, I noticed that the stain was still there. The owner told me to just leave it and come back in 4 days. I gave him a whole week to remove a simple stain... So when I came back again and noticed the stain was STILL there, he tried to act like he didn't see it. My coat looks like they just steamed it to avoid actually doing the work. I left furious and they refused to give me my full amount back. Very unprofessional and waste of time!!! read more

They did an amazing job on my uniform shirts. They are awesome and not to expensive. Well be taking all my uniforms to them for now on.

Your mistaken my family owns all the dry cleaners around here this is a fair price C. Okay I see you are cheap I spotted it after my nail appointment I was headed to my dry cleaners in Brentwood and thought why not try a local business. I walked in and was greeted by an older gentlemen (which turns out is the owner/husband) and an older lady. I brought my clothes in and asked him how much it would be for my items (15 items) total. Varying from dresses, pants, blouses and an evening gown. After the gentlemen went through the items. Talked with the older women who I assume is a seamstress then said to hem the gown would be 35 dollars and asked if I was sure. I said yes, that was fine and what would be my total. He added every thing up and told me $135.00. I was thinking wow that is a really good price if they do a great job this would be my new dry cleaners. So I restated the price and he said yes asked me when I would like to pick up. Realizing I was a new customer we set up an account he printed up my ticket and I left with my daughters. Today I show up and the lady tells me my total is $204.00! I am shock because that was not the price given to me. She gives me all the excuses under the sun as to why the cost is different. If your husband doesn't know how to charge people why is he working the front? I am not cheap when it comes to having good service but I feel as a customer I deserve the option to do business with you based on you running an honest business. I could have just went to my original dry cleaner received excellent customer service and great work for a price I knew for certain did not change dependent upon who was working. So at this point I don't have my original ticket, I have other places to be, so I initiate to pay her she then says, 'I'm going to call my husband, I think you were mistaken, you must just not want to pay, here I am going to give you a discount and said I'll charge you an even 200.00". I look at her and say Ma'am charge my card the amount you listed and I will be on my way, I just don't ever plan on doing business with you again". Purely disgusted not to mention their dry cleaning is not up to par at all. The clothes are cleaned in a factory in Oakland (her husband told me this) and it looks like a warehouse job & the Hem on my dress is uneven. Lessoned learn. I went in to get a pair of pants hemmed and the gentleman I guess he's the owner that works in the front counter took my measurements and told me my pants would be ready Friday morning the wife open the cleaners and could not find my pants, so she called her husband who was screaming through the phone and I told her give me the phone but she never did. So I try on my pants and the pants were dragging the ground so I took the pants back to get re-hemmed and the man started smacking his lips. After getting the pants re-hemmed he told me that the pants will be ready Saturday! I stopped in Friday late in the evening just to see if the pants was ready because he told me the semtress would be in on Friday. So, when I get there I asked him about the pants then he yells from the back no the pants will be ready on Monday, I then told him you told me on Saturday and I started shaking my head no and he say don't shake your head at me and I started shaking my head rapidly saying I can shake my head if I want to you told me a certain day and now you're giving me another day. This man the owner mannerism is so terrible he runs a bad business this isn't my first encounter with this man but I won't be back I got all my things out of his place of business. This man is rude he don't know how to talk to people! I've done a lot of business with cleaners and never have I encountered a person that's running a business like this to be so unprofessional. I found out that this place has new ownership since the middle of this past year. I had a few different items to drop off including my dress shirts and Warriors jersey. I was a little worried about them cleaning my jersey but it came out great and the price was affordable compared to other dry cleaners around the area. It also helps that there are places to eat in the same plaza so I can drop off clothes during my lunch break and grab a bite to eat. I think I found my new go to dry cleaners. read more
