Worst experience of my life. 0 out of 10. I spent ten thousand dollars for LVP Cali flooring at Lowes to be installed and my floors are trashed, unfinished, not level, nails sticking out, kitchen cabinets ruined, house trashed from dirt and dust and a month later Lowes is not taking any responsibility for it. Baseboards no longer fit, casings too short and They are blaming installers who they hired and installers are blaming them. It's both of their faults but ultimately Lowes because that is who I purchased this through. The guy who came to measure screwed up so much and they are ignoring it all. My floor is supposed to be all one level and it's not. They didn't remove a layer of vinyl even after being told, which his paperwork indicated my floor was even when it was not. So now my floor is uneven and they want to install transitions. One month later this is still what my house looks like. Complete disaster and unsafe. I have blue tape on my floor between rooms. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES. CROOKS, SCAM ARTISTS. They are lying and trying to blame me for their own mistakes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AND THEY ARE MAKING ZERO EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Poor management, never heard from store manager or executive management. No Lowes employee has even been to my house to see this mess even after I asked them to come. My family is living in this mess right now and it is unhealthy and unsafe. Going to the news next.
