So back in July I got an oil change. 2 weeks later the oil filter fell off and my engine blew in my new car. Come to find out they put a Honda/Hyundai filter on my Ford. So I contacted the shop who hung up on me and gave me the run around. I finally threaten police if they don't give me owners phone number. I speak to him and he apologizes and tells me they will put through their insurance and cover all expenses no problem. To date it is October and the owner (Johnathan Delo) will not return my calls and never put through his insurance. My attorney sent a letter and finally talked to him. The guy gave my attorney the same nonsense about putting it through insurance and now won't return calls with claim number as promised. Beware of this shop and the owner who will probably be answering me in small claims court. I am a reasonable person and understand human error but not taking care of me and causing me to need a lawyer? That's a business that we don't need in Hackettstown. read more
