Consistently good service. Very short wait time. In and out in at most ten minutes. I have been going there since it opened.

I went there for an oil change they forgot to close the antifreeze cap or secure the clips for the air filter. My car stalled and died in the middle of the street, had to be towed and mechanic found the issue. I called Lube it all back and they refused to help me. I got a non English speaking tech and he todl me the owner does not come in and when I asked what happens in an emergency he hung up on me. I called back and a guy named Miguel who said he was the manager, said he cannot do anything and said the owner is Jonathan, who never comes in. They are avoiding me and the issue they caused to my car. I have fiiled a BBB review and a goodgle review and plan on suing them as my car is costing over $2000 to fix for all the parts that were ruined due to their incompetence. read more

On September 5, 2023, I went to Lube It All on Mountain Avenue for an oil change around 2:30 in the afternoon. I've been going there for years but recently the service has declined. The previous time I went, they didn't put the carpet protector paper on the floor therefore leaving a nasty mess from oily feet. I had to have them come out and clean it before I left. When I was there this time the employee got in to move my car inside and he pulled backwards twice screeching my tires. The second time he stalled it out. The other employee there, which I assume, was the one in charge went out and was talking to him. I went out to see what was going on and they pointed fingers at me excitingly yelling "What's wrong with your car, what's wrong with your car!" I told them there was nothing wrong with my car and my tires have never screeched like that and my car has never even stalled. I asked if the non-English speaking employee had a drivers license because it appeared to me that he didn't know how to drive a automatic car. He never told me if the employee had a drivers license. He kept avoiding the question. I certainly no longer wanted an oil change by them. I got in my car and it started right up and drove normally with no issues as usual. I believe not all employees there have legal driver licenses and I don't want anyone driving my car that is not licensed. The one in charge was rude and pointing fingers at me like I was the one that did something wrong. No apologies for the rough treatment of my car. I left and I will never go back. read more

I am not sure why I go here for oil changes. It is expensive and they are always trying to up sell you. They told my my transmission fluid needed changing (did it 4 months ago) air filters needed changed (did it last oil change), and my wipers are bad (how would they know this?). Bottom line is they are close to home, but can I just get the dang oil changed? read more

So back in July I got an oil change. 2 weeks later the oil filter fell off and my engine blew in my new car. Come to find out they put a Honda/Hyundai filter on my Ford. So I contacted the shop who hung up on me and gave me the run around. I finally threaten police if they don't give me owners phone number. I speak to him and he apologizes and tells me they will put through their insurance and cover all expenses no problem. To date it is October and the owner (Johnathan Delo) will not return my calls and never put through his insurance. My attorney sent a letter and finally talked to him. The guy gave my attorney the same nonsense about putting it through insurance and now won't return calls with claim number as promised. Beware of this shop and the owner who will probably be answering me in small claims court. I am a reasonable person and understand human error but not taking care of me and causing me to need a lawyer? That's a business that we don't need in Hackettstown. read more

It's sad to say, but since FRANK is no longer there, the place has gone downhill. I tried it with the New Ownership, and their new service staff, and am no longer pleased. My Dealer charges me the same money, but treats me, and more importantly my Silverado, better. Sad, so sad.....we miss Frank! read more

Left 2 bills in my wallet, a 20 dollar bill and a one dollar bill in my center console. Don't ask me why, it's dumb to leave money in your car period when you're getting it serviced but I guess I put too much faith in humanity. Well, I learned my lesson...I come back to get the twenty out of my wallet to pay and now there's one dollar in my wallet. Wtf is wrong with people?? I'm livid. The only nice thing I can say is that the guy running the shop was very confused, also very nice about it, and tried to remedy the situation as best he could by giving me ten bucks off. Went there yesterday for the first time after couple people recommended them. They are less than 2 miles from where I was staying. Less than 24 hours later and not driving anywhere, after checking the oil, the oil was dirty and, obviously, never changed at all. None of the visible fluids had been topped off, either, as they told me they had been. I had paid for an oil change and a new oil filter. I was told they put in "National Oil" and a "Service Champ Oil Filter," neither of which I have ever heard of. After checking the oil and finding it dirty less than 24 hours later, I immediately drove back to Lube It All. As soon as I got there, I told the young man (the same young man I dealt with the day before) the oil was dirty and I didn't think they had changed it. Like a deer caught in the headlights, he immediately said, "I'll get the manager" and scurried away quickly. He didn't even try to convince me otherwise. The manager came out, a little short guy, and immediately started yelling at me. They didn't even try to convince me otherwise or be nice or try to make me happy. They didn't offer me my money back or to do another oil change - nothing. I do not recommend them. I think their reputation for good work is based on the previous owner's work, not theirs; and they are trading on the previous owner's good reputation. If you go here, check your oil before you leave or as soon as you get home; but I will never go there again. read more

Do not let these guys go near your vehicle. They give automotive mechanics a bad name. They will constantly try to scam you with the "new air filter" and "dirty transmission fluid" crap, even if you just had it done the month before like I did. Two consecutive times in a row I went there and asked for a simple oil change with synthetic oil. Both times the guy said no problem and I get my vehicle back and they put the wrong kind in it. Extremely poor service overall. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

Don't ever go there!!! If u do then please double check your car if anything is broken after you go in cuz they won't even have the decency to tell u if they broke something! So apparently my car is too low for them to do an oil change, but how did they find that out?? It's after they tried to go over the bump in their shop and ripped everything apart under my car and then acted like nothing happened and said, "oh your car is too low, we can't do your oil change" Soon as I drove my car outta parking lot, I noticed my car was scraping on the ground then I knew they torn the bottom of my car apart without telling me!! I'm not pissed cuz they bottom out my car, I'm pissed cuz they frigging tried to lie to me and didn't even have the balls to tell me they did something wrong to my car and that I need to be careful driving out or get it fixed or something! If these people are NOT honest, then why trust your car with them!!? So now I'm stuck with this piece hanging off under my car....so go in at ur own risk!! BE ALERT! read more
