Someone in our party then gets their arm stuck in ball catch after REPEATEDLY getting balls stuck and having to fix return. 25 minutes his arm is stick in return no rush right. First roll after unstuck with a personal UFO Alert that is not being made anymore. Ball gets eatin by catch not returned for 2 hours. It is now 9:50 getting ready to leave and after being told compensation for the ball will be given it is brought back cracked between the two lead holes. Was not cracked checked and evaluated when returned after arm stuck. After return told their will be NO COMPENSATION FOR TIME LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL EQUIPMENT on their behalf. By the way....
