First off, please make sure you make a reservation. This is a very popular breakfast place for both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. I made a mistake of missing that detail when we went. My husband and BIL didn't want to wait as they wanted to start snowboarding asap. I did however still we t because I had a spa appointment for 10:30am. I listed myself at 8:27am and got seated at 10:32am!!! The selection of food is really top notch. You would want to go when you have a big appetite for the buffet and willing to pay $57 per person. I took pictures of all food options so you can see what are available. They also serve fresh juices and coffee ofcourse. The ones that stood out to me were the smoked salmon, french toast, chocolate croissant, mexican omelette (I forgot the name), bacon and fresh fruits.
