The service at Lulu's on Main is wonderful, the staff are all friendly and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure all customers are taken care of. I have eaten here a few times when I have been in town and the staff has been great every time so I genuinely think it's part of the culture at the restaurant. The food is always good but not my favorite in Sylva. This visit I got a hamburger and it was definitely over cooked to the point that it wasn't very juicy any more. The burger had a fried green tomato on it which was delicious and there was a very tasty jam on the burger but unfortunately there wasn't enough jam on the burger to hide the overcooked flavor of the meat. Now I could have absolutely asked for my burger to be recooked or for more jam but I was in a bit of a rush and it really wasn't that bad. I loved the onion rings they had a good crunch and big onions inside each ring. In the past I have had a mushroom appetizer that was delicious! So in the future if I'm back I will probably try a new dish or stick to the mushroom appetizer.
