NO HOLIDAY SHINE FOR THIS STORE! This is one of the saddest Macy's I have ever visited. The lady's departments are a total miss as the selection and quality of merchandise is abysmal at best. I don't recommend shopping here at all. The one thing that I did appreciate is seeing the dresses placed together in a centralized area so that you aren't running from collection to collection to explore options. The men's department is a lot better because they not only had a great sale but they still had quality sweaters and shirts for men. There are great color options as well. I can honestly say that I say no neglected customers today and the employees were doing their best to make sure that all were being assisted. The carpeted floors were in bad shaped and needed serious attention, (vacuuming, shampooing or replacing). Dirty stores are just not conducive to shopping! Nothing about this store really said Macy's today and at this time of year, that is a shame. read more
