The minute we walked in, I felt like we were an inconvenience even though we called hours before. He seemed like he was in a big hurry even though we were the only ones in the salon. He grunted, huffed and puffed the entire time. I would say his side table manors were awful, instead of gently pushing my hand back he literally would throw it back as if he was just done for the day. The Sns powder is all over my nail bed and it won't come off I'm sure for a few days. They look terrible, thick and HUGE and I definitely did not ask for "duck" nails. With the way nails are looking these days gorgeous and flawless I walked out with nails from 2005. Will never be back and won't recommend this place to anyone!
