Had breakfast at Mallards in New Richmond this morning and was thoroughly disappointed! Service was very slow and unorganized. Food took forever to come out and 75% was cold when it did come out. Nashville hot chicken sandwich had good flavor and lots of potential but was cold when it was served. Only bright spot is the biscuits and gravy which is just as good as other locations. Other Mallards locations have been great very disappointed in my first experience at our local Mallards. read more
