This is a level, graveled RV parking lot. No buffer between at all. Absolutely no attempt at aestetics but reasonably efficient, reasonably well functioning amentities - toilets, showers, washer/dryers (half broken), dog walk, dump ($30! for outsiders). Very friendly, clean and orderly. Most (all?) "sites" (slots) have electricity, water, sewer, wifi. Not cheap. Why 4 stars? Location, location, location. Minutes fro downtown San Francisco. read more
