Marmo has been all over my TikTok, so I decided to finally try it out with my family, and I totally understand the hype. I honestly think about the rigatoni alla vodka pasta daily. Gosh, it was so good. Not a want, but a need to go back! I ordered the piccolo size, and it was the perfect size for me. I added grilled chicken with it, which was okay. Maybe I'll try lobster with it next time. We shared the endive salad as an app, which was delicious. My parents ordered the gulf red snapper and veal chop milanese, which they unfortunately didn't like too much. (We'll probably stick to the pastas on future visits.) My sister ordered the spaghetti alla chitarra, which she said was okay.
We made a reservation for a Friday night, and we were immediately seated upon arrival. The staff was very attentive and service was quick. One of the managers even stopped by our table, and we chatted with him for a little bit.
They have a pianist near the bar, but we couldn't really hear them because there was also music playing in the background.
There is valet available, which they validate. There's also a parking garage for the Montrose Collective area, but I'm not sure if you have to pay for it.
Overall, I give 5 stars for vibes and 4 stars for food.
I'll definitely be back, most likely for their happy hour with the girlies. Who can beat $5 pasta! read more
