This is a very long overdue review of this McDonald's #11301 on San Pablo Dam RD. Each drive thru experience has been ALWAYS 9/10 unpleasant. This one takes the cake. Every greeting is not welcomed with a hello or hi but with "WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU TODAY" so you give your order then the response is "ANYTHING ELSE" unwillingly to even bother with offering another item such as dessert; cookies, apple pie, sundae, etc.
The sad thing is that I don't even blame these employees; it starts with management. To be honest, whomever is the franchise owner needs to properly retrain the entire staff. For example, I clearly ordered a quarter pounder cheese meal with NO ONIONS and PICKLES. Fail! Why even waste gas and mileage on taking this back for a new meal when you already know that the staff preparing your order don't give a f*ck! My advice for those who know deal with the negative vibes at every visit really need to consider taking the survey. Good customer service is key! If the morning, noon and night staff are going through any personal issues, leave it elsewhere! Don't bring it to work! read more
