Tonight, 4-24-26, I ordered dinner for myself, my husband and my son at 5:17 on the kiosk. At 5:37 my husband had to ask where our food was. There was no one else in the restaurant but one other couple drive-thru line was not long. The girl was confused and said let me check on that and took our receipt. At 5:45 I went to check on our order. I saw the girl put fresh french fries on the tray and said that they were just waiting for the rest of it. But I stood there watching her pool sandwiches out of a bag that had been sitting there and put on our tray. I asked her when she gave me the tray if it was fresh because I watched you pull it out of the. She says oh I can warm it up for you. And I was like no I want fresh please. This is 30 minutes after I've ordered my order. Why would I want something that's just been sitting there lost? The manager glanced at me waiting then went and hid in the back. She should have at least come and apologized for the mishap. I would have preferred that over the 2 cold apple pies they gave the 3 of us . Won't go back there for a long while. read more

Horrible service. Order meals when they gave me the bag they didn't give me my drink cups. So I looked at my receipt saw they just charged me breakfast sandwiches and when I told them had a complete attitude and seemed annoyed with me. Most horrible customer service for a mc donalds I ever been to, ordered $50 dollars worth of food for my family 15 minutes before they closed through the app, if the app allows me to place the order it means IT IS AVAILABLE, showed up before closing time and they just figured I wouldn't come so they didn't make the food, when my dad spoke to the manager they decided to make the food POORLY, I added bacon and cheese to 2 chicken deluxes, one with no tomato and they sent just regular chicken burgers with none of my add ons and missing a soda! This is a very long overdue review of this McDonald's #11301 on San Pablo Dam RD. Each drive thru experience has been ALWAYS 9/10 unpleasant. This one takes the cake. Every greeting is not welcomed with a hello or hi but with "WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU TODAY" so you give your order then the response is "ANYTHING ELSE" unwillingly to even bother with offering another item such as dessert; cookies, apple pie, sundae, etc. The sad thing is that I don't even blame these employees; it starts with management. To be honest, whomever is the franchise owner needs to properly retrain the entire staff. For example, I clearly ordered a quarter pounder cheese meal with NO ONIONS and PICKLES. Fail! Why even waste gas and mileage on taking this back for a new meal when you already know that the staff preparing your order don't give a f*ck! My advice for those who know deal with the negative vibes at every visit really need to consider taking the survey. Good customer service is key! If the morning, noon and night staff are going through any personal issues, leave it elsewhere! Don't bring it to work! read more

I love the oatmeal and sausages, but my double cheeseburger and fries was dry and cold.

It shows on the app but apparently curbside service is no longer available, at least at the store. After waiting over 15 minutes I went inside the store to pick up my order but no one was running the counter. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager communicated the information regarding the discontinued curbside service very poorly. They need to take out the signs and remove the service from the app. While I realize it may not entirely be the stores fault, one star for poor service. Update, as I was leaving the parking lot I noticed one of the workers bringing out an order for curbside pick up. She said that curbside was still being offered. Looks like the shift manager on duty lied. To the store manager: I hope you're reading this or I hope this gets brought to your attention. read more

This is my all-time favorite location, but even so you will not earn my 5th star because you're still McDonald's! I've never had a problem here, service is always friendly and competent Anyhow, this location has the youngest staff ever. You'd think they'd be careless and unmotivated but they are more professional than some of the more seasoned employees at other locations. read more

Definitely one of the better McDonalds I've been to. Fries always come out fresh hot and crispy, service is quick. And for long as I've been going here since relocating to the area, their super nice and customer service is great. I only use the drive thru so that's all I'm able to speak to. Sometimes the fries could use some more salt but I'll just sometimes add some on myself, no big deal as long as everything's fresh. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because this Mc Donalds has been revamped. The drive thru is totally different with two order stations. It's really nice and easy. The order screen is easy to read and the attendant is easy to understand. We were greeted with very friendly banter, inviting us to go inside next time and check out the new décor. Now, the only reason why we frequent Mc Donalds is for the Chocolate Chip Frappe'. It's another one of our weekend indulgences. Having said that, we may never go inside but we will be back for Frappes at the drive-thru. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but after how I was treated here I will, sorry if it's a bit long. I went today with husband and kids, for the McGriddles but they didn't have any. Ok, fine under stable, but then the woman at the intercom was being rude and rushing me, and again still understandable it was a busy drive thru. Got to the window, she ignored for a good minute or so as she was still taking orders, didn't say hold on or anything, eventually she came to the window, told me my total again, and I gave her my debit card. I seen she ran it twice and noticed she wasn't paying attention as another employee started talking to her, I seen she presses a few buttons and I assumed she voided it. Gave me card back, but no receipt, I tried to ask her for one but again she ignored me and looked to be talking to someone out of sight. By then I noticed the line was getting longer and I was getting annoyed to be ignored and not told anything of what's going on. Then, out of nowhere I'm assuming the manager showed up, replaced the roll, both ignored and didn't say anything of what was happening, finally after another 3-4 minutes they noticed I was still there the manager asked if I wanted my receipt. I said "yes, please" still trying to be polite and patient. Neither handed it to or said anything else and the manager just walked away. After another minute, the lady taking orders told me it was at the other window, I still being polite said "thank you", I drove to the second window and she didn't say anything either no apology no sorry for the wait nothing, just handed me my food, then as she was handing me my drinks which I seen she said my receipt was right there and to have a nice day. That was it. Like wtf. So, I told my husband when we get home (since the boys were getting cranky and wanted to eat) that I'm checking my card online and making sure the food is correct. The food is correct, and delicious, but I noticed I was charged double on my card. I thought she had voided that but since she didn't say anything and neither did I she probably assumed I didn't see it, well I called them and no answer, sent to voicemail which I left them, my husband called and same thing. It's been 3 hours and still no call back. So, I said "f it!" I will do the survey and tell them what's going on, I will give it one more hour to see if they call me back if not I'm calling cooperate. I'm usually a pretty patient person, but the way I was treated and talked to, being double charged with no explanation the entire time waiting there, I will not be returning there no matter how convenient the place is. read more

It's a longer wait, but I so recommend high-tailing it to the nearby reopened Red Onion if you're wanting a burger-fries-shake kinda meal. I had a day off and just craving for big breakfast . I ordered my breakfast . So I look for table to sit but most of empty table are all dirty . When my order came up . I ordered a combo and my order is not a combo since there is no hashbrown. I have to ask for it and there is not even a jam or jelly and there is no napkin anywhere except that you have to ask for napkins. As I finished my coffee , there are ground coffee seated at the bottom of my cup. So disgusting .
