After a long hike in Oak Glen, my good friend and I were looking for a place to have breakfast. A quick YELP search yielded McDuff's in the Redlands area. First of all, the place is small. Maybe nine tables and some counter seats. On a weekday morning, the place wasn't busy. There were two servers on the clock, and they were all that was necessary. My friend ordered the steak and eggs; I ordered a ham and vegetable scramble with a well-done English muffin. The food was good; the service was friendly. The English muffin was perfect. Someone came by often enough to keep the coffee cups full. Later, we talked about the experience. We both agreed that it was good, but nothing special.
