I was lucky enough to stop by Taco Tico yesterday and really, really enjoyed my enchiladas. They were super busy about 2:30 (or was it 3) pm. I knew it would take a few minutes for my order to be ready and I was perfectly fine waiting. My patience was rewarded with super hot and melty 1beef/1cheese enchiladas that stayed hot the entire time I ate them. There is something magical about their tortillas/meat/sauce/cheese combination.
