This is a small franchise restaurant that you will find throughout the Indianapolis area. The one is located in a small strip mall and has a private lot that it shares with the other business in the mall. This place serves sushi, Korean Fried Chicken, Japanese ramen, and features make your own Mongolian stir fry. I always opt for the stir fry. The restaurant has a decent sized dining area and the staff is friendly enough. My interaction with them was limited but in my brief interaction they did their job, nothing more, nothing less. Back to the sir fry. So, you get a bowl and load it up with noddles or rice, then your choice of proteins, vegetables, and sauces. After you got it just the way you want it, you drop it off for them to grill. They move pretty quick. I got my entre in less than 8 minutes. It was really good and reasonably priced. This restaurant is a nice change of pace from fast food for me. I wish I made it here more often. The food is really good and I get to put my creativity to the test while I am here.
