Appointment set on Friday for Saturday at 3:30pm. Saturday at 2pm I receive a call from him, he says he has to come now. Told him I can't do now, he insists that he has to. After telling him no, he asks if I can do 4:30pm. He comes at 4:30 and 1 minute later this is the message he sends while I am around the corner parked at 4:33pm. Very rude and unprofessional.
