Morris has a new restaurant!
This place looks great with bright, fun, one-of-a-kind chairs, tables and wall art. The food is um, very Minnesotan, with ZERO spice and very liberal use of cheese-sauce. I could have done without the 'cheese sauce' as I found it too salty and unappetizing, but I'm sure it has its fans.
Tasty chips, enormous menu and good waitstaff (the bartenders I dealt with were less than stellar, however).
Hope Mi Mexico lasts. They are doing plenty right; they just really need to add some spice (pepper even!) and get more competent bartenders. And would it be too much to hope for real cheese instead of the gravy-like 'cheese sauce' over everything?? read more
