Picked up a gift for my bestie's birthday here recently. I easily spent a solid hour, standing indecisively, trying to make a decision. The selection is ok. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. However, clearly there is an incentive for sales and / or commission because they are like vultures when customers arrive. I'm pretty sure every single employee said hi. After awhile I was ready to make a decision, my sales rep was busy with another customer. Another lady saw the opportunity and came to assist. She walked us up to the cashier so that we could make our purchase. This was fine, but when I told the cashier that the other lady assisted us for the past hour, not the one that walked us to the register, she didn't seem to care. If a customer is telling the register which person they would like to credit, follow their request. After all, I'm making the purchase. Typical MK outlet. Good experience. read more
