The service at this Midas is truly unmatched. I've brought my beloved car, Shrek, to them before, & felt I was very valued as a customer & a fellow human being. I was well-advised by Noel (something that is notably rare in the auto repair industry, with woman drivers) & not swindled into doing anything that wasn't necessary. I remembered that. Remembering that is what brought me back to them yesterday to assess two of my tires - one with a bubble & one with a nail. I was called into the bay by Kyle to see, with my own eyes, the issues the technicians had discovered. The tires certainly needed to be replaced, but they also pointed out a very rickety ball joint. He explained the potential dangers of this & also the costs of replacement. I was provided an invoice of potential repairs as well as personalized advice on what to do. Kyle provided me with alternatives to certain repairs & replacements that would *save me money & time.* I can't even begin to explain how much I appreciated this. Thank you, Kyle. There is something very different with this Midas. Across all platforms, this particular location has glowing reviews & a much higher star rating than any other nearby locations. The team here is the epitome of trustworthy & it shows. From sitting in the lobby for just a short while, I noticed the Midas team knew many of their customers by name. Customers clearly come back.
