I brought my vehicle here recently to get another opinion to see if I really needed brakes. I was also due for an oil change. They were able to get me in promptly which was a bonus. Noel was very personable with the customers which put me at ease. The same could be said for Kyle who appeared to be the owner. Indeed my vehicle did need brakes. They were kind enough to offer me a ride home so I didn't have to wait a long time at the shop. The final bill was a little more than expected but still less than the quote Tasca gave me. They also came with a warranty that the dealership couldn't match. I will definitely keep them in mind when I need my state inspection done. read more

i recently need a safety emission sticker to legally be on the road okay great, i had a check engine light on from a 9 year old bad o2 sensor seems normal cant pass cuz of that they fixed my o2 sensor 2 cheap plated steal bolts from lowes im assuming and a thermal sensor i didnt ask them to change... that cost almost 2,000$ ok light is off car passes greattt!.. 4 weeks later my check engine light is flashing engine is smoking end of story the car got scraped and now i have a new one this all happened with in 1 day if i never needed a 2 inch piece of paper glued to my window my old 03 would still be pushing 70 on the highway for another 5+ years easily and i have a feeling they knew that car had 180k on dash clean golden oil clean pink factory coolant they even wanted to miss match pink and yellow coolant wow!!! so if you want to spend thousands and have a broken car great have a bunch of blue eyes dumb monkeys chuckling around your vehicle forgetting what to actually do thanks for taking my money breaking my source of transportation and living you my human are another statistic on why this world os failing as a whole niceee read more

In fact I have referred friends and family to this location and they have been more than satisfied with the work performed, and the honesty that have when dealing with their customers. Kyle has been wonderful to deal with just as was his father before he retired. He always explains things in a way that is understandable to someone who is not a mechanic. Noel is always willing to help with a fantastic personality, and makes every attempt to help wherever he can! The guys in the bays are just as wonderful, many have been there for years, which is a testament to how they treat their staff as well. I've come here for an inspection twice and have been happy both times. It would be easy to tell a girl driving an older car that everything is falling apart and charge me a ton but they fix what needs to be fixed and send me on my way in a timely manor at a very reasonable price. The guy who seems to be running the show is super accommodating and seems to be a genuinely decent person. The guys in the back I've talked to take me back to show me exactly what they're talking about and walk me through the pricing, tell me different options and offer inexpensive solutions. Their prices for general repairs are also listed right up at the front desk. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars, it can be hard to find a place to get work done without being totally taken for a ride and I'm glad to bring my business here. It feels good to drive away from a place like this not feeling totally screwed over and unaware of what I even paid for. This is our first visit. Our regular auto shop is trying to make us change the brakes and rotors and the cost is very high. We sent our car to Midas and after inspection, they told us we only needed brake pads and the price is a lot cheaper than our usual auto shop. Service is really top notch, they kept us posted during the time and even helped us fix the fog light without charging us. We will be bringing all our cars to Midas from now on. read more

We were heading out for a long distance drive and required the exhaust system checked immediately. My regular mechanic was on vacation and I remembered this particular Midas franchise for their good muffler service many years ago. They bent over backwards and owners regularly updated me of a problem obtaining a part. They were profusely apologetic, though I enjoyed relaxing in their waiting room and occasionally inspecting the progress on the repair. Rob, the mechanic working on my Outback, let me know everything he was doing and was very professional and friendly, as were the owners. I obsess over having any repair done correctly and wasn't let down at this shop. These guys are smart and they show you what is going on with the car. I had my car inspected there and brought it there for service. They diagnosed it for me and even topped off my coolant and didn't charge me as they could not help me. Excellent customer service. Really friendly upfront group. The other day I took a ride over to Midas to have my exhaust looked at for a second opinion.. Previously I was informed by D&M Tire that I could need the flange replace or welded..The cost was around or about $200 So I decided to hold off understanding that D&M Tire aren't really known for exhausted work..Anyway the mechanic at Midas told me as well as taking me into the shop and physically showing me what needs to be addressed witch was the flex pipe. After I heard that I immediately thought to myself that I was ready to hand over $200 for a flange job and that wasn't even the issue.. Midas gave two options.. 1. Replace the entire converter witch would cost $800-$900 or 2. Cut out the flex pipe and weld in a replacement for $175.. Obviously I took the number 2 route. Then today I took a ride there to have my breaks looked at after hearing some grinding type noises yesterday. Midas told me there's nothing wrong and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! The rest is history.. Midas just got themselves a new customer. Service is top shelf! They make you feel at home.. I most definitely recommend visiting Midas.. Thanks guys! Mr. Keith Prout read more

We needed to get our minivan looked at because of a broken radiator hose. The dealership didn't have an appointment available for a week, called Midas and they got us right in. A few hours later, the work was done and we were all set. Price seemed a little high but we would still be down a car if we had to wait for the dealership. Worth it! read more
