3/10/23 An impromptu get together with the ladies at work ensued to celebrate TGIF, and most importantly our colleagues birthday. This was recommended by another colleague who frequented this place. We arrived right before they opened & we're their first customers for the evening. Luis, our friendly & efficient server greeted us & offered beverages. The other 3 ladies ordered yummy (I was informed) pomegranate martinis & just water w/ lemon for me & my other coworker. Everything sounded delicious but I was craving a juicy Mike & Anne's Burger with a side of sweet potato fries, one ordered a dinner sized Caesar salad, crispy Chicken sandwich, California Burger, and the birthday girl ordered the mushroom risotto. I requested medium rare & mine turned out so juicy & delicious that I scarfed it all down;)) Sweet potato fries were phenomenal in taste & flavor but weren't served as hot as I'd prefer but I was famished! I'm guessing theirs were pretzels good-no complaints but were all embroiled in our conversations. For dessert, we all shared bread pudding & crème brûlée, delicate & satisfying. Happy for the recommendation & would love to return & give them another chance at making it a 5 star experience. read more
