My experience at this location has been very mixed. I've had my eyebrows exclusively done here for almost two years. My first few visits were AMAZING. Then my favorite esthetician left. I have very thick brows and one of the lady's always leaves my brows too thick and natural with very little arch and just barely cleans around my brows. One of the newer employees did my brows and made them a little too thin for my liking after I explained what had happened the previous times, but that was fine. One time I went in to get my brows done and this little older man was sitting and waiting and told the woman working that his wife left with almost no eyebrows left and that she was terribly upset. This made me anxious because I like my brows fuller even though I don't know how much brow she had to start with. I left that day without getting my brows done. They charger 15$ for eyebrows and are frequently busy so I image their are better cheaper options out there and I'm on the hunt to find them. I had my brows done yesterday and they came out nice, I still wish they had more arch though. They used to ask what exactly you wanted done (clean up or shaping). Sometimes they used to not use witch hazel or lotion but they are better about that now. If you are curious about what your brows might turn out like, watch the clients who are leaving, examine how their brows turned out and look at the brows of the esthetician who will do your brows.
