I have been coming to Miracle Eyebrow on-and-off for around 4 years to the Kenwood mall location. To be honest, it's been hit or miss until recently. The most recent experiences I've had have been nothing short of AWESOME, and it's because I go to the same person consistently. If you find someone you like, stick with them. This is my advice for eyebrow threading, in general. I come from a place of experience because I know how to thread, I have been getting my brows threaded for the past 18 years, and I am extremely picky about my eyebrows overall. Their unlimited package is great! I have rarely had to wait for more than 20 mins for a walk-in. The value is also very good for all of their threading services based off of other threading salons in the Cincinnati metro area. They usually have 2 people working to help with the flow of customers. read more

I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done. I live 20 minutes away but I like how they do my brows so I've stuck with him. Today, I drove 20 minutes to get my eyebrows done, I arrived at 1:45 and she told me she was gonna take a break and to come back in 15-30 minutes. I walk back in at 2:10 to check and there's a sign that said "gone until 4:10" ... what a complete WASTE of my time. Never coming back. read more

I got my brows threaded here with Sunita for the very first time today. Less than 5 minute wait. 3 estheticians working. She did a great job.and was gentle, professional, and friendly. Definitely will be back! read more

I've had good service before, but recently had a very unpleasant encounter that definitely doesn't even merit a single star. Came in on a slightly more busy time (a Friday around 3 pm), but I was the last one waiting and only waited about 10 minutes for my turn to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who threaded them was brusque to begin with, but that wasn't what bothered me so much. What sincerely annoyed me was the fact that she spent 2 minutes tops threading, and didn't do any cleaning up (which I've received in the past) or even a "here, look and make sure you're pleased". She just marched right to the cash register. I was too shocked to say anything, and I didn't want to ask her to be a little more focused in front of my father, who was with me. In any case, I will be looking for another place for my eyebrow needs. The rudeness and lack of attention I received was appalling and simply disrespectful of customers. read more

I don't know why the reviews here are so bad! I just moved here from Chicago and decided to give it a try anyway because of the limited number of eyebrow threading places near me. I've been to Miracle Eyebrows twice, and the aestheticians did a great job both times! Perfect actually. Staff are not overly cheerful or bubbly, but who really cares for great brows? I appreciate the fast service and artistry. FYI I went on a weekday evening there was a wait of 4-5 customers ahead of me. During the day, I was seen immediately. read more

My experience at this location has been very mixed. I've had my eyebrows exclusively done here for almost two years. My first few visits were AMAZING. Then my favorite esthetician left. I have very thick brows and one of the lady's always leaves my brows too thick and natural with very little arch and just barely cleans around my brows. One of the newer employees did my brows and made them a little too thin for my liking after I explained what had happened the previous times, but that was fine. One time I went in to get my brows done and this little older man was sitting and waiting and told the woman working that his wife left with almost no eyebrows left and that she was terribly upset. This made me anxious because I like my brows fuller even though I don't know how much brow she had to start with. I left that day without getting my brows done. They charger 15$ for eyebrows and are frequently busy so I image their are better cheaper options out there and I'm on the hunt to find them. I had my brows done yesterday and they came out nice, I still wish they had more arch though. They used to ask what exactly you wanted done (clean up or shaping). Sometimes they used to not use witch hazel or lotion but they are better about that now. If you are curious about what your brows might turn out like, watch the clients who are leaving, examine how their brows turned out and look at the brows of the esthetician who will do your brows. It seem like if they have thin brows, they will make your brows thin, and if they have thick brows they will leave your brows thick. read more

I've given two stars as they started out doing a good job ( visted several times over the past few years) the last time though was truly awful. I wasn't greeted, wasn't consulted and they made my brows bleed in several places. I asked her to stop half way through as she was so rough and it was beyond painful. I've had my brows threaded for many years but never had this kind of service or issue. I usually go the same salon to have my brows done but wasn't able to make my usual place. When I went back to them today she asked ' who did your brows, they look strange.......I think she was being overly polite !!!!. I waited 30 minutes after signing in. There were 2 women working when I came in, but the second woman disappeared after 10 minutes and never reappeared. I didn't mind waiting, but when it was my turn, the woman working skipped over me. Another customer said that she had signed in before me, which was a complete lie. The employee hadn't been paying attention to the sign in sheet until that moment. I was so angry that I left. I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes just to be skipped. I will not be returning. If you don't mind being skipped and waiting for an hour, feel free to come here for a mediocre job. read more

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Went in today and stood for a couple minutes and woman didn't look up at all from her phone. When I asked her how much was it to get eyebrows threaded she looked annoyed and said $16. I said ok and she looked at me like I was stupid and said well sign in and kept looking at her phone. This used to be my favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded. However, they now have ALL new staff that do not have the skill needed to thread more than one shape and their customer service is awful. The woman I had recently seen me coming and looked pissed that she couldn't just sit there on her phone anymore. She didn't say anything to me as I signed in and then she just got up and pointed to chair for me to sit down. She then did my eyebrows in 30 seconds and the minute she finished she was screaming and complaining (in another language) to the manager while I was standing there waiting to pay. This complaining went on for several minutes before the manager signaled her to check me out so I can go. Instead of saying sixteen dollars, she just went to grab my credit card and the manager chimed in and said $16. The woman continued to scream and complain about whatever as she charged my credit card and then her cell phone rang and she answered it and left and the manager had to have me sign and give me my receipt. I normally always tip but I did not tip her. Also, $16 is a lot for eyebrow threading and this place is definitely not worth it. Save your brows and money an go elsewhere! read more

I give this place one start based on the horrible and unkind service from the lady who threaded my eyebrows. I went three weeks without doing my eyebrows and came here so I can get them threaded since wax irritates my skin too much. The lady didnt even take the time to ask me how I wanted my eyebrows and the end result wasnt even great. There was no lotion after I requested it too. All she cared about was cashing me out. No tip for bad service. I also find this place to be on a higher price side. $15 isnt worth it! read more

After face waxing at Miracle Eyebrows at Kenwood Towne Center, Cincinnati, my daughter suffered from severe rashes, peeled off skin, scar marks and burning skin infection and as such I had to spend lot of money for her treatment by the dermatologist. We told them not to do the waxing in the face but the so called 'trained licensed cosmetologist' actually misguided us and her whole skin was peeled off. When we went there to lodge a complaint, the manager instead of saying sorry, started arguing with us as if it is our fault in going to their center.I'll never suggest anybody to visit this place since they are unprofessional and probably lack the required knowledge and expertise to do this job. read more

Horrible. I've had my eyebrows threaded for years and had the most full wonderful eyebrows and they were absolutely destroyed. I was told to leave the brow powder on so that outside the lines could be cleaned up then most of the hair was hacked away and the excuse was I shouldn't have left the powder on (after being told to do so!!!!!). I've had threading done before and this was the worst experiences that I have had. The process was painful and there was no communication between me and the cosmetologist who was doing the threading. She required me to help her using my hands, but did not provide clear instructions on what I was supposed to do until she physically took my hands and placed them where she wanted them over my face. It was way overpriced for a painful experience. After 2 days of having the threading done, I still see baby hairs that were left and not removed. I will not be going back. read more
