I wanted to try Mom's Dumplings in Davis since they advertise they are MSG-free. You order online via the QR code the table. Even though this is how you send your order in, they'll pay payment in person. I ordered the Cuttlefish & Pork Dumplings and the Zucchini Egg & Shrimp Dumplings. I personally didn't care for the fishy taste of the Cuttlefish, but I didn't choose this dish for myself. Overall, enjoyed the texture of the wrappers and liked the dumplings. They tasted fresh and healthy. Service was nice/friendly. Not a lot of tables, but one side is just the walkway looking into the kitchen area, so it doesn't feel like you're crammed in. read more
