Short: phenomenal and fantastic selection!! FINALLY A PLACE WITH BUBBLE WAFFLES!! Visited week of June 21 2024 [Location, interior, service] Beautifully modern decorated with plenty of seats and tables to lounge. They also have games to use while sitting inside, which is something uncommon nowadays, I really love it. It is located in Thurston, which I really wish this place was somewhere near Gateway area instead, as it's quite a ride on Bus 11 (about 40-45 mins from downtown Springfield). There was a bit of a wait to order as there was only 1 staff making drinks. She told me bubble waffle would be additional wait, which she eventually got another staff to do. [Drink,Food,Price] I ordered 2 boba drinks (large/regular 24 oz) with 1 boba/topping and 2 bubble waffles, total about $30. Ok priced for nowadays and for bubble waffles I can't complain. My drink was "red bean milk tea with adzuki red beans" (DEFINITELY SPECIALITY!!) I highly recommend it as it's a very Asian specific drink that I can't find anywhere else in the area, highly recommended combination for red bean dessert lovers. The other drink was for my Mama, which was "Taro milk tea with crystal boba". It was a subtle nice non powdery Taro flavor, love the flavor tasted better quality than some others! I got 2 "nutella with banana bubble waffle". The taste was very delicious, it tasted like they used Hong Kong Egg Waffle batter, as it's different from other pancake/waffle batters. It was on the lighter side of flavor profile. Toppings was satisfactory and plentiful, which I appreciated! Just bananas tasted a bit old. Overall, I REALLY love this boba place and can't wait to come back again! Definitely want this to be my go to boba place! Just wished they were located elsewhere, but 100% worth the trip! read more
