I love good dumplings. These were good enough, but nothing particularly special. The shell was a bit hard and didn't fully soften in the steaming. There was a lot of stuffing, but it didn't have a lot of flavor. This was the beef dumplings. We had the coleslaw as well. It was a little mayo heavy, but excellent flavor and balance. Overall, enjoyable, but not the style I love. read more
