Horrible customer service! They prejudge you when they first walk in. They provided no welcoming when we first walked through the door. My daughter had Kevin. He did a good job on her nails, but while waiting for her nails to dry he started clipping and filing his own nails. Very unsanitary. I had Hera on my nails. She was worse. She quickly did my nails without cleaning the filings at the ends of my nails. When she supposedly finished, she abruptly got up and went to another customer without saying a word. I did mess up my nails when putting on my coat, but she was kind enough to redo it using clear polish. While I was sitting there, I noticed they only welcomed certain people that walked through the door. Therefore we felt judged. I am a writer from NYC and my daughter works in the medical field. They need to learn proper ethics and customer service. Do not judge a book by its cover. They lost our service since we are shopping around for a local nail technician. We will never return to Nail Lux in Naperville, but hopefully this is a lesson they will learn. Someone needs to report them to BBB and it might be me. read more
