Giving two stars because he did install a replacement water heater. I'm located in California and hired Newton's to replace a water heater in a mobile home we own in Washington. I expected the water heater to be installed to Washington's code, upon inspection for sale of mobile home we were advised no drain pipe was connected to allow overflow water to drain under mobile home. As you can see in the picture a drip pan with a outlet that goes on mobile home floor was left unfinished. When we contacted owner he became defensive and claimed he noted on final invoice there was an additional charge to complete the job. I hired him to perform a service and expected the quote he provided and I paid would reflect all that is required to meet code. I was sadly disappointed and intend on contacting Washington's licensing board to report job not done to code requirements. read more
