He helped me over the phone one afternoon while he was working, then again at night by text when I hadn't expected to hear back until the following day or who knows... perhaps never. With his help I bought a clamp but he was concerned about the photo I sent fearing with good reason the clamp would only be a temporary fix. So he came the next afternoon, put the clamp on and then crawled under the house to ascertain the extent of my problem. When he emerged he told me exactly what needed to be done and that he would return to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. He returned six days later and did exactly as he described in record time! Then he even put all the dirt back into the enormous hole. The receptionist said that they would have to tear out the wall and put in a combination single valve, because they didn't want to replace individual single valves. This would require removing tile placed or a wood wall removed on the other side of the tile; obviously creating a huge mess, expense and wall/tile repair.
