I had a gaming computer built by Norman Computers, and I supplied the parts; unfortunately, it was not up to standard. The Liquid cooler is now showing an error after being damaged by an incorrect setup. The next and far more egregious issue was the power supply with multiple power plugs not pushed in all the way. This caused numerous vital components of the computer to be damaged and need to be replaced at extra personal cost to me. While it is clear that Norman computers employees are good guys, their Attention to detail is severely lacking, and their understanding of the newest gaming hardware is behind the times.
