Update: I had a flood in the basement and had to move the safe relatively quickly in order to dry out underneath it... They pulled out all the stops to swing by and move it. (NW Safe guys keep things clean.) ___ Showed up on-time, highly professional, and incredibly knowledgable staff. Kalen and Gabe went above and beyond to install. Kael offered several options, and David Jr. surprised me--totally unprompted--with a delightful upgrade. Connor has fantastic hair. Jeff gives great foot messages.
