Nova is a gem a mile away from the many overpriced and overrated restaurants in Bishop Arts. Don't be put off by the frequent bar crowd or the late night hours. This is place to drink and be merry and a place to eat good grub. Nick, the owner, is a great guy and will get behind the bar and serve customers. This is a regular spot for me and my wife. One time my wife ordered the Cajun shrimp and it was too hot for her. Nick was so apologetic. He got her new shrimp and gave us a free crème brûlée. For the price, I think the food is tasty and the portions generous. They also offer specials. Jump on the meatloaf if you get a chance. read more
