Store interior is new and clean with cool decor around the walls featuring handpulled noodles- their specialty. Large tables that can easily seat 6-7 if you're coming here with a group. There are two self order kiosks right at the entrance for both dine in or take out. The team there was very friendly and food was so quick. They may not always have someone working who is a native English speaker, but that's what the self serve kiosks are for! When your food is ready, you'll be called. They have noodle dishes, rice dishes, sides (cold and hot), and drinks (soda and asian drinks like soy milk and tea/juice). We opted to get noodles since it's their specialty. If you look into their kitchen, you can see fresh noodles being pulled then cooked for every bowl ordered. You can even customize how thick/thin you'd like your noodles when you order. Noodles are perfectly cooked and chewy. We got the beef rib noodle soup- broth was rich but clean and the beef was so tender. They also have quite a few vegetarian options between their mains and sides which I appreciate. You get a largeeee portion of noodles. If you opt for a bowl of noodles and also a few sides, you will probably have enough for leftovers. Really enjoyed the cold veggie sides we got which were pickled with some spice (sichuan).
