Came here for the first time after a friend's recommendation. When I first walked in, the hostess was busy on the phone so I just checked into the tablet for yelp. I sat inside by the chairs waiting for her to call us or acknowledge us, but she kept herself busy. We then saw other people who had checked in after us just tell the hostess they're going to just sit in the empty seats in the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't full, so we thought we'd be seated quickly, so when she sat people who came in after us, we realized they don't even check the yelp check in, you just need to ask them to be seated. When we finally got seated, nobody came to get our orders too. We waited for a while until we were able to flag down a servers attention to finally put in our orders. The ramen itself was mediocre, definitely better ramen spots in Irvine. The broth was a little too salty and the ramen noodles itself are thin, not your typical thicker chewy ramen noodles. Given the poor service and mediocre food, would probably not come back again as there are plenty of better ramen options around. read more
