We heard so many good things about this place & decided to give it a try . We went around 2 pm and it was nice and quiet with 2 tables with customers enjoying their orders . Not a lot of dining tables for large groups but you could do Take out too . We ordered the Deep fried mushrooms and the cod dinner of 3 pieces with fries & 2 pop . The mushrooms were served first & piping hot and delicious! They served them with a tasty garlic mayo and a Ranch dip . The plate was huge and we ate half & had to take the rest home . The cod platter had so much fresh cut fries and not frozen type . The 3 pieces cod was quite large & my husband & I had 1.5 split between us . We ended taking half the fries home with us after . A fresh bun, lemon wedges & a side of tasty coleslaw came with our meal .
Easy access to ketchup , malt vinegar to enjoy with your order . We ate inside as we wanted to enjoy it fresh & hot .
This place is great ... I would come back again ! I've never been served such a generous portion of French fries .
The service was excellent & they were so friendly ! The place was clean and thus could be our favorite Fish & Chips place ! read more
