Business Select is a joke. Impossible to reach anyone at the customer service # and the online chat is even worse. Chat bots are useless and have no understanding of the question being asked give you a coin response that is not relevant to the question and then boots you out. When you ask to chat with a rep it takes so long that it times you out and end chat session (session expired) after waiting 30 min. literally happened to me three times in a row. Customer service is a big joke but not funny!!!
The only bright spot here is Grant at the Woodhaven MI. location. He really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. read more
