Business Select is a joke. Impossible to reach anyone at the customer service # and the online chat is even worse. Chat bots are useless and have no understanding of the question being asked give you a coin response that is not relevant to the question and then boots you out. When you ask to chat with a rep it takes so long that it times you out and end chat session (session expired) after waiting 30 min. literally happened to me three times in a row. Customer service is a big joke but not funny!!! The only bright spot here is Grant at the Woodhaven MI. location. He really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. read more

I placed an order for prints online, which was estimated to be completed within 10 days. I signed up for text updates, as well as email updates. I was also told on my receipt I'd get a phone call when they arrived. Since it's been 15 days, I called the store for a status update on the order. My print has been ready and sitting at the store for a week. The woman in the print department said she'd been out for a week, and that no one else had probably thought to call. I came here to send a letter that was time sensitive. I paid x amount of money, only for it to be returned back to me because of insufficient amount of postage. I came back only to wait 30+ minutes in line to resend this letter, while another employee stood there aimlessly doing nothing. Very disappointed. read more

I called this Office Depot to have a monitor put on hold yesterday for pickup today. When I called confirm that they still have it they said someone called earlier today to pick up the monitor. I called first but they sold the monitor to someone who called after I did. Avoid this shop. read more

Came in for some simple copies daughter needed for school. Went to 'do it yourself" printer. I've used it before but couldn't remember the correct way to place paper on scanner. Kali behind printer counter had no customers, so I asked if she could help me. She said "just push how many and start". I said I know that much, can you show me the correct way to place the papers? Well now she was rude about it and said I'll do it and took the papers to another printer behind the counter. She asked if I wanted color or not and I said yes, for the ones with photos on them. She did tell me those are .64 each. Now my husband comes up to the counter. She says $22.00 and change. I said are you sure that's right, I only needed 27 copies total and most weren't in color? She starts counting them out loud very rude tone and even my husband gives me a side glance because of her attitude. Oh! I guess I miss counted she says. new total $15.00 and change. I know she purposely was overcharging me the first time and very rude too. Glad she doesn't work for my business with an attitude like that!
