I just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to ask a simple question of "are you accepting Amazon returns today?" Since apparently that changes based on mood, staffing, or whatever excuse is convenient that day. Half the time I drive there, I'm told no. The other half, it's magically fine. Calling ahead would solve that... except no one answers the phone. So instead, I get to waste my time driving there where I know I'll be met with a rude, annoyed employee or two who act like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. After reading the other reviews, it's obvious this isn't just a me problem and this place is just consistently bad. At this point it's almost impressive how unfriendly and unhelpful the service is. It's almost comical and I would love to work here just to see why everyone stays when they are clearly miserable.

I felt totally dismissed especially when I was trying to get the attention of another employee, who was much more interested in going to talk to a coworker. He had to go home, test it and discover it was wrong one. Back to Staples for a refund!!! I suggested he go to Best Buy instead. the staff there was incredibly helpful !!! Not only did they find the right charger for him after he paid for it, they allowed him to test it to make sure it was the right fit and they also tested his outlet square plug to make sure it was working. They were able to remotely access my laptop, and fix all of my mistakes. I'm visually handicapped, and I cannot drive. This was a big help to me. I had a driver issue regarding a detection function, and they were able to fix it. My wife & I have had Electronic Computer Services install Samsung solid state hard drives in both of our laptops, and they both run beautifully.
