I called and asked could they do dip powder fill. They said yea and that they had availability right away. They were empty when I walked in but they seemed nice and helped me right away. Customer service in the beginning was good but declined when they messed up my nails. First let me say that I always get my nails short and I've had fills before. I have never in my life dealt with this. They asked if I wanted it cut down and I did but not like this. She cut the nails from the bottom first. I have never seen them cut soo much nail at the bottom for a fill but everybody is different so okay. She then broke a few and just starting going to town on my nails. Then she cut the top to match where she broke the nails. She started drilling more and cut me. I asked her if she had something to stop the bleeding she grabs something and puts it on there. It can't get worse right. Wrong!!! She then proceeds to lay the acrylic on my nails. Now I know what regular acrylic and a dip is. She did regular on my nails and they came out super thick. They said they had to put white on top to alter the color because I wanted it to be green instead of what it was. So before she put the white, I told her that it looked too thick and messy. She said it was that way because I wanted it short. Excuse meee!! Nobody asked for it to be this short. I just wanted them slightly trimmed because they had grew a little. Then she started conversing with someone else who works there. Then she cuts them down to make them thinner and files them more and cuts me again on my other hand. I started bleeding again and she tries to stop the bleeding. At this point I'm just ready to go because I'm not about to go back and forth with someone who keeps saying that my nails came out this way because I wanted them short. When she finished I had polish all over my hands, cuts, they were uneven, bulky all over again, spotty in certain areas, and they are just atrocious so I asked her to just take them down because I don't have the time. Also I told her if she couldn't do it or didn't know how it was fine for her to have said she couldn't do it but don't do this to peoples nails. So she calls someone else over and they are saying they can fix it. She already butchered my nails and cut it all the way down how can you fix this. So the lady is like if you want us to take them off you have to pay for the first service and for us to take them down. I'm not doing that. I legit vocalized every step of the way and she cut me multiple times. Plus it still came out like this. The only thing the other woman did was sit me down to square them up more cause clearly that was the only thing she saw wrong. I then took a phone call and was expressing what happened and she kept talking into my conversation about how it was because I wanted them short and dipped. I took a picture of the business license because I one hundred percent am going to complain. 0/10 I can't say whether or not to go there but I can only say what my experience was less than an hour ago.
