This is such a great experience with Torch. Arrive early and sit around the boil and hear the history of how this tradition came about. We've gone a couple of times and both have been great. Good service, great food, the staff attempts to debone some of the fish for you which is nice compared to other DC boils. This boil was also featured on Top Chef-Wisconsin! Love to sit outside with Lake views. Also if you don't like fish, they have some other options like chicken, etc. read more
