The soup was just meh. I got the combination that supposedly had all the stuff. No flavor and no odor of Star anise. The few pieces of meat were very small and mostly fat and no flavor. Probably only about four pieces. I chewed on a couple of grisly things that would not breakdown. One of the photos shows them. I couldn't tell if it was tendon or gristle. The noodles were more chewy than soft. Not much tendon or tripe. The bowl was huge but not filled to the top but plenty of soup. I did eat it all . I wouldn't order it again because there are better Pho places around like UP Pho and Teriyaki, located at Harbor Greens area. The staff were friendly and the environment was great but not enough to save the soup. I had the house combination that was supposed to have different types of meat for $17.
