I've been dealing with a lot of people in my life time in business. Never have I ever met somebody so incredibly disgusting as a human being. Besides my ex-husband lol. This man has absolutely zero Customer Service, professionalism, or work ethic. I am apalled that I paid over $500 for some screens in my home. I was supposed to have the best, toughest material that would prevent my cats from tearing through. When he came to install the windows screens he literally told my sons that you could try to take a knife to the screen and it would not cut. He even told them to go get a knife so they could demonstrate. My son's thought he was crazy so they didn't do that. What I'm posting is a series of messages that ensued between this business owner and myself and a damaged screen that he took no responsibility for.
