If zero stars was an option, that would be this review. Arrived at 11am to transfer a license from NC to TN. Six hours later, hungry, irritated and disgusted we finally were served. We were not an isolated case. The majority of people sitting around us waited as long or longer. The location is severely understaffed as there are 16 counters but only six were operational with two of six being for test takers. A sad representation for the TN govt. read more
