Awesome customer service! I have been a customer for 20 years. They're always able to help me with my lock and key needs. They are also professional automotive locksmiths. So if you need a remote or keys with chips they can do it. :) P.S. All of the negative reviews, are because of locksmith scammers! Unfortunately they name themselves after every city. so Orem locksmith Service gets mistaken as one of them. Orem Locksmith Service has a physical location and when you call you actually speak to a technician not some call center. Be careful, there's a lot of fake locksmiths out there! And they will charge you an arm and a leg, they will quote you a cheap price on the phone, but when they get done with job they give you a huge bill. :( Almost all of the time they end up screwing up your locks or your car, depending on what they're making keys to or unlocking. Unfortunately, I have fallen for one of them once, thinking I was contacting Orem Locksmith Service. luckily I was able to void my credit card charge. And if you try to cancel with them, they will call you over and over again and leave you a million messages. So like I said, just be careful!
