I ordered from here on the 27th of February and received my order on the 7th of March. I understand people are complaining about slow shipping times, and due to things like lowered shipping costs for giants like amazon and actual corporations, I think people have become WAY too spoiled on this point. I didn't receive an email about my order so I sent one myself, and received a reply extremely quickly stating that I would receive one when it shipped (which I did) and that the first line of the page shows what days orders are shipping. It looks like there is about a week delay with the way things are shipped, and for a small business, this is not an insane lapse of time. If you need it faster either contact them FIRST to see if it can be expedited. If not, this is all stated on the website and people need to learn to adjust their expectations. My order came in a priority mail box, no problem there, the camphor crystals I ordered came in double plastic gallon size bags. For people complaining about things coming in Ziploc bags, for real? When I go to my local herbal shop, if its not little paper bags, it's Ziploc. which I actually prefer. What do you want these things to come in? The product stays fresh and is well sealed in bags, I don't understand people bashing this. I did not order any oils so I can't comment on the way that they come, but putting tape around them is actually logical sounding, no matter how 'unpretty' it may look. I weighed the bag as well and it came to 1lb 2oz. The camphor was strong and burned cleanly and completely, I've had other camphor that was not as high quality or as strong as this. It's a quality product for a much better price than local places here, about $1.25 and oz versus $2.15 an oz. I had no problem communicating with the proprietor and received a well packed and protected quality product. I think people need to calm down and realize this isn't pre-packed, ready to ship product and it takes longer, especially since there isn't a warehouse workforce pushing your order through.
