Definitely geared toward a non Asian, very American palate that tends to be addictingly high in salt, fat and sugar. But the service, food quality and cleanliness were all good. It's definitely not authentic in the least bit but I wouldn't mind coming back to try the food again but ask for things half sauced or sauce on the side.
