I had a truly distressing experience with Paces Restoration. The level of negligence and disrespect I faced is absolutely unacceptable. From feces left in my toilet during a pack out, to exposing my family heirlooms, clothing and electronics to construction debris, it's appalling that I had to endure such mishandling of my property and belongings, not to mention the financial strain and emotional distress caused by their incompetence. The mishandling of my claim left me in a state of prolonged displacement and it was inexcusable. I had to dip into my savings to rectify damages caused by this endorsed restoration company by Westhill Global. Their delays and lack of engagement with their insurance carrier in my attempt to seek restitution has only added insult to injury, leaving me in a vulnerable position with unpaid bills and looming threats. Throughout this ordeal, my cooperation was met with disrespect, unprofessionalism, and sheer incompetence. Paces Restoration and Westhill Global need to step up and take responsibility for the distress they've caused me.
