Came in for basic fluid change and to fix a broken squirts nozzle. Told i needed something else (of course ) that is gonna cost me $250. Whatever. Car maintenance is what it is.
When I arrived, Paddock service was very tricky to get into. Had to circle the block because of the cones blocking just about every entrance. Then when I check in, they tell me the person that my appointment with called in sick (umm hello, they randomize the person via the appointment settings ). Not leaving. I made an appointment. Find someone to help me.
Once inside service, I awkwardly stand for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. The guy who did was nice enough. Told me it would take until 1 to do everything. So I told him that i was happy to take the shuttle home.
As I waited for the shuttle, said guy came back in and told me the guy was working on it now and I'd be out quick so i could wait. Great!
1.5 hours into waiting I was told they were getting a part from another dealer. Only about 1 hour until i would be out of here. Ugh.
I've now officially reached the additional hour mark and still nada. Apparently my time means nothing which is very frustrating. 2.5 hours and counting.
My lease ends this year. Unless Paddock gives me a kick butt deal the likes of which I've never seen, I'll look elsewhere for my next car. It isn't worth the waiting time. Or the frustration. I don't care how many complimentary drinks I get. read more
